What is 5 per 1000?
It is a form of voluntary donation of IRPEF (personal income tax) that allows taxpayers to allocate 5 per 1000 of their taxes to organisations and foundations that carry out activities of social, cultural, scientific, humanitarian and environmental interest.
If you file a tax return, here’s how to do it.
Allocating 5 per 1000 in your tax return is easy, just follow these simple steps:
- Find the box “Support for Third Sector Entities registered with RUNTS”
- Sign in the field reserved for 5×1000
- Enter our tax code: 97912680010
If you are filing a pre-filled tax return.
In the section dedicated to 5 per 1000, select “Support for Third Sector Entities registered with RUNTS” under “Destination of 5 per 1000” and enter the tax code of the Prema Home Foundation ETS 97912680010.
If you are not required to file a tax return.
Fill in the form provided with your Certificazione Unica by your employer or pension provider, signing in the box marked “Support for Third Sector Entities registered with RUNTS” and indicating the tax code of the Prema Home Foundation ETS 97912680010.
Place the form in a sealed envelope.
Write “Destinazione 5×1000 IRPEF” on the envelope and indicate your surname, first name and tax code.
